Our Story: Forty Years of Dedication to Education

Empower Ed Consulting, Inc. was founded by Christine Jackson, a retired educator whose lifelong dedication to advancing student success and strengthening teacher support spans over four decades. Our mission is built on Christine's extensive experience serving in Georgia's public school systems, a journey that has given her a deep, firsthand understanding of the complexities and triumphs within today’s classrooms.

A Foundation of Experience and Expertise

Rooted in service, Christine's four-decade career began in the classroom as a specialized teacher focusing on Behavior Disorders, later transitioning to the role of program assistant. This practical, in-the-trenches experience means she doesn't just understand educational theory. She has lived the reality of the challenges educators and students face every day.

Having navigated the dynamics of multiple Georgia school districts, Christine has cultivated lasting, meaningful relationships with educators, administrators, and families. This rich background provides her with unparalleled insight into student needs, classroom dynamics, and systemic barriers. It is this expertise that drives our data-informed, compassionate, and highly effective consulting services.

Our Commitment to Empowerment

At Empower Ed Consulting, we believe true educational change requires empowering all stakeholders. Christine’s work is driven by three core pillars that ensure our services are holistic and impactful:

  1. Student Advocacy: We are fiercely committed to ensuring every child’s unique academic and behavioral needs are recognized, supported, and championed within the educational system.

  2. Teacher Support Services: We provide more than just training; we offer practical guidance, mentorship, and effective classroom management strategies to help educators regain control, reduce burnout, and restore balance to their professional lives.

  3. Collaborative Facilitation: We serve as a vital link, bridging communication between schools, families, and communities. Our goal is to facilitate a unified approach that creates equitable, student-centered learning environments where collaboration leads to shared success.

Christine Jackson’s lifelong commitment is rooted in empathy, experience, and empowerment. We believe that by providing practical, consistent support—whether working directly with teachers seeking guidance, families needing advocacy, or schools striving for systemic improvement—we help create an environment where when educators and students are supported, everyone succeeds.
